TESTIMONIALS
I wanted to reach out to you today to share a very positive encounter my son and I had with one of your older Impact Baseball Club members.
We had the distinct pleasure of meeting Peyton while my 10 year old son Sammy was having private batting/fielding lessons this past Tuesday. He was waiting for his lesson following ours. Peyton was very complimentary and encouraging to my son, interacted with him and even took the time to go help him pick up all the baseballs in the cage following his lesson. He was also extremely respectful while speaking with me, saying "Yes Ma'am" and "No ma'am." His Christian spirit was palpable and his positive attitude was contagious for Sammy. You see, Sammy has been struggling with some confidence and self-esteem issues in light of some negative experiences with his own team this year, and this encounter truly meant the world to him! Having positive role models like Peyton within this competitive sport is invaluable to us. Peyton is a rare find, as most teenagers you encounter these days are less than respectful and have a spirit of entitlement. His humility and respect is absolutely worth acknowledging. He should know that simply being himself can make such a difference in others, even in the most insignificant of casual and brief encounters. What a great example and testament for the Impact Baseball Club organization Peyton is!
We were truly impressed and hope you will share this with Peyton, his family and his teammates.
Coach Gray, Thank you so much for giving Tyler a chance to be part of your team. He looks up to you and you are by far his favorite coach. This is the happiest he's ever been playing ball, and that makes me so happy. Thank you again and God bless.
We are so pleased with our kids, our coaching and our amazing parents. Watching our kids learn and grow through baseball and the valuable life lessons they’re getting along the way is priceless. The coaches cares so much for every single kid and works diligently with their development as an overall player. Our team has done some amazing things and we are so proud to be a part of this baseball family.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our decision to join Impact Baseball Club.
Parker has thrived with the detail that is put in by the coaches to all the players. The coaching approach is authentic, productive and motivating with an eye on bringing the player along to a higher level. With this being a Christian based team, they are teaching the boys to be great players on the field and most importantly positive young role models off the field.
We have had one of the most positive and rewarding experiences playing baseball with Coach Worley. Our son’s experience, under his leadership, has reinvigorated his passion and love for the game of baseball.
Impact Baseball Club is the best program out there. The focus on developing these boys spiritually, mentally and physically is the priority and it shows in how the Club is run along with teaching good sportsmanship. This focus spills over beyond the players and I have to say that this is a great group of parents who are very supportive of the team and respectful of one another making this an overall great experience. Derek Worley is a terrific coach and mentor for our son and has helped him get stronger as a player and a person through his coaching style which is very focused on being encouraging and positive. Having played at high level himself, he was able to identify opportunities in our son’s hitting, pitching, batting technique that is advancing him as a player which has been terrific. A big thanks to Derek for all he has done for our son and this fine group of players.
Our son has played baseball since he was 7yrs old. We struggled through the early years trying to find an organization that cared as much about core values as much as solid baseball fundamentals.
We feel like we found that at Impact Baseball and we are now in a great position entering the most important recruiting years for college baseball.
Derek’s no nonsense approach at developing men of character, thru the game of baseball is refreshing. It’s unconventional, yet traditional and it’s one of several reasons our son plays for IBC.
Zach has grown both as a player and individual during his time at Impact Baseball. The coaches employ a holistic development approach by constructively challenging, encouraging and setting high expectations for him, while promoting a strong work ethic, good sportsmanship and mutual respect for his teammates and opponents. The coaches are easily accessible and consistently exemplify the same values they expect from the players.
Strongly recommend this organization for higher level baseball. We have played major level baseball for the last eight years, five with D-bat and Stix and the last three with Jay and Derek. The biggest difference we have observed is this organization’s commitment to player development, accountability, and a genuine caring for every player. That focus executed by an experienced coaching staff with strong college relationships is what differentiates the Impact Baseball Club.
As parents of young athletes, we started a quest to find a club/organization that focused more on development and fundamentals of the game vs. chasing wins and rings. We did our research and spoke with coaches within the organization and made our decision to give it a go! A few seasons later, we could not be happier with where we are! Our ultimate goal is to have our two other boys join the organization.

Our son has had a tremendous experience with Impact Baseball. The coaches are not only two of the most knowledgeable coaches in DFW, they run the most efficient and productive of practices that we have ever seen. Impact baseball teaches character above all else and the organization puts the highest of priorities on professionalism and the team concept. If you are looking to improve your baseball and grow as a person, this is the place for you.”
This baseball club does a great job preparing and pushing their players for reaching their potential and leading them to be accountable to themselves and their teammates; while at the same time building trust. Being able to build trust with players opens up so much more in terms of reaching your potential. This organization does an outstanding job with this.
Playing for Coach Worley has been one of the most positive and impactful experiences for our son. His dedication to not just our son, but all players, is unmatched. We are blessed to have such a strong influence as a coach and mentor.
Absolutely the best organization. The knowledge and attention to detail that are instilled into these young men by their coaches is astronomical. We have been very impressed with how the players are taught to carry themselves on and off of the diamond. We as parents cannot be any happier to have a 18 u and 12 u ball player representing this club. Thank you to the organization/coaches for the experience of a lifetime.
Amazing baseball organization. When they say they pick the best coaches, they meant it. My son is on the newest 10u team and being coached by a former high school coach with 30 plus years of experience and his son who pitched in the reds minor league system.
Family oriented with a focus on player development. So happy to be out of “daddy ball”. Can’t wait for the spring season to start

Coach you have always been there for me when I needed you most. You taught me the game of baseball and how to play it the right way. I was 12 years old when I joined your team and I can't be anymore thankful for what you did for me.
You made me the man and the baseball player I am today. That you so much Coach Worley for everything. I don't know how I could ever repay you. Love you Coach and hopefully I can see you soon.

My wife and I went to Phoenix for a Gospel Truth conference. It was a great trip and great conference. I share this because one of the topics discussed was how Christians need to occupy all aspects of society. It made me think of you and how your team and program (your vision and leadership) are doing so.
We appreciate you and I wanted to encourage you that you are making a difference by putting Jesus first.
Thanks again for coming this morning. Means everything to Steph and I to have someone believe in your kid. No doubt your influence on him has changed the trajectory of his life and the experiences he’ll have.
